Financial and Insurance

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees. Most of the time, we will be able to inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. However, sometimes a total fee cannot be determined until all the procedures have been completed.

We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Please ask us about financing options, credit card payments and bank drafts. Charges are payable at the time of treatment. Patients who pay in full at the beginning of their treatment save our office staff paperwork and time. We will extend the savings to you by reducing your administrative fees.

We will review our payment options to accommodate your financial needs. If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our Financial Coordinator prior to receiving service.

Affordable Financing Options

Don't let finances stand in your way for achieving the beautiful, healthy smile you deserve! We are pleased to offer in-house financing plans and Care Credit financing options with a 0 down payment and low monthly payments that make your treatment more affordable. This flexible payment option allows you to pay for your treatment over a period of time so you can focus on what matters most – keeping your smile healthy!

Insurance Policy

If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, you will receive the benefit of reduced personal costs. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is distinct from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action.

We accept insurance claims from Aetna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Cigna, Delta, Marsh, PEHP, T.D.A., Utah Local Government Trust, Western Mutual and many others. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.

Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
